Consider Our Venue for Your Next Event! If you're looking for a place to host your next event, we have just what you need! We offer a do-it-yourself option, which is perfect for those who prefer to customize their own decorations.

 

What's Included?

 

The DIY Package includes the following:

 

• 6-hour rental time 

• 1.5 hour to decorate, 4-hour party time, half hour clean-up.

• up to 42 seated guests

• White Chivari Chairs

• Round 48" Tables 

• 2 five-foot Rectangle table for food and or gifts.

• Beverage Cooler

• Food Racks

• Speaker

• 1 Party Attendant

Time Slots:

 

Monday-Thursday any 6-hour slot ($550)

​

Friday Evening 5pm-11:00pm

​

Saturday & Sunday from 9:00am-3:00pm or 5:00pm-11:00pm

​

 

 

Optional Services:

Extra time can be added on to your event at the cost of – $100 per hour.

Ask us about our party rentals that can be rented at 50% discount.

Renter Obligations:

​

Furniture can be moved around for the event.

Please don't slide furniture across the floor.

It can be lifted by two people to avoid damage to the floors.

No glitter or cake smashes on the floor or furniture.

Place all garbage in trash bin provided for your party. 

Sweep floor.

Fees:

DIY base fee: $750.

Choose to clean up after your party or incur a $95 fee.

$200 Non-Refundable Deposit (We can work with you to reschedule if unforeseen circumstances arise.)
